Refund Policy

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of shipment, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We accept returns of products shipped by us and items that fail due to an error on our part (for example, the wrong item or a low quality item). Items must be returned with proof of purchase. There are several types of items that are exempt from return. Perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 business days. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The exact cost should be based on the courier company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping costs for this reason.
No return fee will be charged to the consumer for the return of goods. Late or Lost Refunds (if applicable) Any loss of product due to any customer error in the shipping address or customer absence, any loss of product due to security issues in the customer's living quarters (as long as the shipping company confirms that the order was delivered) will not be eligible for return and refund. If your order contains multiple items, we will only refund the portion that is still defective, not the entire order. If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time (3-5 business days) before the refund is posted.
